How can I have some more information from you?

If you'd like to have more information such as price, shipping costs, delivery time etc. please contact us by email, fax or phone. Please make sure that you give an accurate contact method of yourself to us. As we have a wide range of products so please do let us know which one(s) you are interested in so that we can have an efficient feedback for you. Also if you could estimate the scale of the purchase potentials from us, it would be really helpful, as the prices and the delivery time are always associated with the different quantities.

How can I order from you?

Step 1: To choose the items you are interested in, and the quantity you'd like to buy for each item, and  send your inquiry to us. Make sure that you have an accurate contact method especially a workable email address. If you need to know the shipping cost, please let us know your delivery address or the name of the international port close to you.

Step 2: We will feedback you on all your questions within 2 working days (most likely to be within 24 hours). Again, your detail description on the potential order and your business background would be very helpful to an efficient reply.

Step 3: Any sample will be charged, Also you are required to pay for the sample delivery cost by DHL ,UPS or Fedex.

Step 4: Once you confirm the order, we will provide you a pro- forma invoice with our bank account details. You would need to make the payment either by T/T (Telegraph Transfer/wire transfer) or Western Union.

Step 5: Once the payment confirmed, we will process your order and to ship the goods to you as soon as possible. If we happen to have stocks with us on the items you want, we can ship them straightforward.

How do you deliver the goods to me?

We make delivery mainly by sea freight, it takes around 1 month to West Europe and North American, and about 15 days to Southeast Asian. However, if your order quantity is too low we will have to deliver them by Air courier. Because most of our products are high in weight with low value so the cost of DHL is usually high.

Samples are to be delivered by DHL ,UPS, FedEx, TNT or etc.

How do I make the payment?

Mode of payment: T/T in advance; Western union(for small amount only)

Can I have some samples from you before I buy?

The answer is yes.
Any sample of value up to US$10 will be charged. Also you are required to pay for the sample delivery cost by DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, or Fedex.

Do You Offer OEM or ODM?

Yes. However, we have quantity requirements. Please contact us for details.
